Welcome to Bickoff Housing, your trusted partner in quality local housing for over 45 years. Located in the heart of Passaic, New Jersey, we are proud to serve our community with a high level of integrity and respectful service. Our portfolio is a diverse mix of 1-4 bedroom rental units, with a focus on 2-3 bedroom homes. We offer a variety of properties, from partially renovated units to new builds, including apartments, retail storefronts, and a warehouse complex.


Our tenants enjoy the comfort of our quality homes and the convenience of our pet-friendly policy. For a nominal fee of $50 per pet per month, your furry friends are welcome to join our community, subject to breed restrictions.

Meet Our Team

Norman Bickoff

President and Founder

Sets the business strategy for the company and the goals for each department. Leads the management team.

Adam Bickoff

Chief Executive Officer

Implements plans and policies relating to the company direction and operation. Advises the President and Founder.

Wendy Pineda

Executive Administrative Assistant

Provides direct administrative support to the executives of the company. Oversees the management office.

Jackie Preta

Office Assistant

Conducts administrative and clerical tasks in the daily operation of the management office. Provides customer service.

Edgar Lugo II

Tenant Liaison

Manages communication among tenants and management office. Facilitates repairs and resolves issues in the field.

Freddie Crespo

Resident Director

Oversees the multiple properties of the company and directs field operations. Ensures that routine maintenance and repairs, as well as major and minor upkeep is carried out. Directs the unit leasing in the field, conducts initial intake and move-in procedure.

Victor Morales

Resident Manager

Performs daily maintenance, repairs and upkeep in multiple properties and enforces building policies.

    Log into your online portal to pay your rent. If you are not yet registered, please create an account here!

  • How do I submit a maintenance request?

    Please submit a maintenance request through the tenant portal

    1. From the Home or Maintenance tab, click Request Maintenance.
    2. Enter a detailed description of the issue, upload one or more photos of the item needing attention, give the property manager permission to enter with their key, then click Submit Request.
